Our Women's Kickboxing program is designed for women who want to get in great shape and have fun as well.

Classes are beginner oriented, you will first receive a FREE private lesson before stepping in a group class so you will have the basics down. You will be able to train at your own level and pace. We have students of all ages and fitness levels participating.


BJJ

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling but especially ground fighting.

Private Lessons

We offer our clients one on one private training sessions during a time that is convenient for them. (All sessions are 45 minutes in length)

These classes are scheduled around the student's availability and consequently, are perfect for students who are having a difficult time attending the group classes.
